Technical Context

The PDU44001G is built for installations where uptime is critical but connected devices only have a single power input. If the primary input moves outside configured voltage thresholds or fails, the ATS function transfers the load to the secondary source and returns to the primary source once stable power is restored.

Its switched outlet design also supports remote rebooting, load shedding, scheduled power sequencing, and disabling unused outlets, helping administrators manage power distribution without being physically present at the rack.

Installation Notes

The PDU44001G includes mounting brackets, bracket screws, rack mounting screws with washers, cord retention tray, tray mounting screws, cable ties, RJ45/DB9 serial port connection cable, and user manual. Dual NEMA 5-15P power cords should be connected to separate power sources for ATS redundancy.
