Product Overview

Hanwha Vision TNO-L4030T is a VGA H.265 thermal network camera with a 640 × 480 uncooled microbolometer, 13 mm fixed F1.0 lens, and video output up to 8 fps. It combines thermal monitoring, motion and temperature analytics, digital image stabilization, event recording, and rugged IP66, IK10, and NEMA 250 Type 4X protection.

Technical Context

The uncooled microbolometer detects infrared radiation in the 8-14 µm range, allowing the camera to produce thermal images without relying on visible light. H.265/H.264 compression with WiseStream II reduces bandwidth and storage requirements, while selectable thermal palettes such as Whitehot, Blackhot, Rainbow, Sepia, Red, and Iron help operators interpret temperature differences. Digital stabilization compensates for camera movement using the built-in gyroscope, and event analytics can trigger recording, notifications, alarm outputs, or MQTT publication.

Installation Notes

The camera measures Ø101.97 × 401.8 mm and weighs approximately 3,124 g. It supports IEEE 802.3af PoE Class 3, 12 V DC, or 24 V AC power. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +60°C with 0-90% non-condensing humidity. The minimum object distance is 5 m. CVBS is provided for installation, while the Micro USB Type-B port is intended for preview and installation and requires a Wi-Fi dongle.
