Luminys LumiWatch TW-71A is a permanently mounted solar surveillance platform designed for locations without convenient access to utility power. It supports up to two fixed cameras or one PTZ camera and combines a 120 W monocrystalline solar panel, 960 Wh LiFePO4 battery, industrial 4G/LTE router, and LumiViewer remote management.

Technical Context
The MPPT solar controller optimizes energy collection from the 120 W photovoltaic panel and charges the 12.8 V LiFePO4 battery system. The battery provides up to 48 hours of runtime with a 20 W load when solar charging and external power are unavailable, depending on operating conditions. The integrated router provides cellular and Wi-Fi connectivity, while VRRP hot standby, link detection, auto-recovery, and a hardware watchdog support network availability. LumiViewer centralizes live video, playback, configuration, and event response across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
Installation Notes
The system measures 859 × 901 × 340 mm in package dimensions and has a net weight of approximately 34.4 kg. It supports pole or wall installation using the supplied mounting hardware; compatible pole diameters are 100-300 mm. The photovoltaic panel operates from -20°C to +60°C, the battery charges from 0°C to +60°C and discharges from -20°C to +60°C, and the 4G router operates from -20°C to +70°C. Cameras are not included and must be supplied separately. An AC/DC adapter is required for external charging.
