Speco - A2E4 - 2 Door Controller

Product Overview

The Speco A2E4 is a two-door access controller from the Speco Access range, expandable to four doors when used with the A2M expansion board. It is managed from any browser, runs an embedded Linux operating system, and is ETL-listed in accordance with the UL-294 standard for Access Control System Units. This is the basic-power version; the A2E4P is the same controller supplied as a power package.

Technical Context

The controller ships as a two-door unit but is built to take the A2M expansion board, which adds two more doors with their own readers, relays and inputs. That matters at specification time: a site that may grow past two doors can start on this controller rather than being replaced later.
