Technical Context
The XVR302-16Q4 supports up to 80Mbps incoming bandwidth and 160Mbps outgoing bandwidth, with local decoding for up to 16 analog playback channels. It includes two SATA interfaces, a Gigabit Ethernet port, front USB 2.0 and rear USB 3.0, four alarm inputs, and one alarm output.
Installation Notes
Install the recorder in a ventilated 1U equipment space and use compatible surveillance-grade hard drives, rated up to 16TB each. Connect analog cameras through BNC, IP cameras through the network interface, and use appropriate coaxial cabling for audio-over-coax and long-distance transmission.
