· DIP switch Extend mode supports PoE transmission up to 250m at 10Mbps
· Supports desktop, wall, or DIN-rail installation
This switch is intended for industrial PoE deployments where cameras or other powered devices need reliable Ethernet power, fiber connectivity, and simple unmanaged operation. The high-power PoE++ ports are useful for demanding devices, while the standard PoE+ ports support common IP cameras and PoE endpoints.
The front-panel DIP switch allows quick mode selection without software configuration. VLAN isolation helps separate PoE device traffic, Watchdog mode can recover unresponsive powered devices, and Extend mode supports longer cable runs by reducing port speed to 10Mbps.
The WI-PS212GF-I V2 can be installed on a desktop, wall, or DIN rail. Power planning should account for the 110W budget with the included adapter or up to 260W when using a suitable industrial power supply, and redundant power input should be wired through the terminal block when backup power is required.
